The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM) training aims to take your Scrum mastery and leadership competencies to the next level, well beyond your foundational CSM certification. While CSM is a knowledge-based certification, A-CSM provides a mix of knowledge- and competency-based validation of your skills and experience.  C Part 1 – Lean, Agile, and Scrum Part 2 – Facilitation Part 3 – Coaching and Training Part 4 – Service to the Scrum Team Part 5 – Service to the Product Owner Part 6 – Service to the Organization Part 7 – Scaling Scrum Part 8 – Organizational Change Part 9 – Scrum Mastery The delivery format offers learners fast, condensed lessons combined with practical guidance on the application of key advanced Scrum concepts, all targeted to provide immediate business impact. We are confident about the value and quality of our trainings and we want you to feel confident too. Over 3000 participants have already experienced that quality with an average rating of 9/10. Candidates can book the A-CSM alone or as a package in combination with "Agile at Scale" training. "Agile at Scale" is held over two 4-hour sessions, and takes a framework-agnostic view at agile and lean principles, practices and techniques for multi-team scaled environments. "Agile at Scale" training contents have been curated from years of hands-on experience in the trenches and learnings from success and failure stories collected from supporting many organisations in their transformation journeys. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1) If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the training, we will refund the booking fee you paid minus any payment processing and bank transfer charges. Past the above threshold, we cannot issue any refund if you cancel. You can, however, choose to attend a future training, provided you inform us at least three days before the start of your booked training. 2) No-Shows and partial attendance will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 3) We reserve the right to change the trainer without prior notice, should it be logistically necessary. 4) In case we have to cancel the training, you'll receive a full refund without deductions, or you can choose to be enrolled at a future training. 5) Our Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and A-CSM trainings and only to bookings done directly with AgileUplift and through AgileUplift's website. If you are not satisfied with your training, you can request a refund latest by the end of the first training session/day, provided that you have actively participated throughout the first training session and have completed pre-training assignments. Refund will exclude any payment processing and bank transfer charges, or certification fees.
