I am a CST and Visual Storyteller with extensive experience and a deep-rooted appreciation for Scrum and methods of Design Thinking.

I believe Scrum to be an incredibly adaptive framework that will work effectively in any industry/ environment that faces complexity and volatility. My aim is to continue to support a variety of industries including education and social care in running experiments and benefiting from the adoption of Scrum practices, visual thinking, and product innovation to assist with team collaboration, amplifying creativity and delivering products and experiences of the highest possible value. As a life-long learner I have always been devoted to sharing my skills, experience, and knowledge with others in the hope that I can inspire and engage. Each and every personal experience and experiment drives a new story that I am passionate to share with others.

Alongside my passion for Scrum I am deeply privileged to have gained international notoriety within the Agile Community and beyond as a visual thinking thought leader. Through training and coaching I encourage individuals and teams to visualise their ideas, visualise problems and simplify complexity. This is my unique contribution to the global Scrum community.
