My Story

Stuart is an Organization Transformation Coach, Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Leadership Guide. He has been working in the software/IT sector for over 25 years and has served as CEO, COO and business owner, in addition to serving time in different Agile roles in a variety of international companies.

Stuart's breadth of experience means that he brings different perspectives to trainings, workshops and customer engagements, blending diverse theory and his own extensive experience into pragmatic solutions co-created with customers. He enjoys the fusion of ideas and experience when working with customers and believes that, while there are many experiences, patterns and models that can guide us, it is the transfer into local context that brings value – and this happens through working closely with customers.  Specifically, Stuart supports companies in organizational design, transformation and leadership development to support the achievement of personal and organizational goals. Stuart speaks at public events and has a strong people focus.

Stuart is a Certified Enterprise Coach (Scrum Alliance), Certified Systemic Business Coach (German Association for Coaching und Training), Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach (Changewise), Certified Agile Leadership Journey Trainer / Guide, EODC Organizational Design Coach, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (since 2013), Viable Systems Model (VSM) Coach.  Kanban Management Professional and Enterprise Kanban certified from the Lean Kanban University. And, yes, these lists of “badges” are long.
