Training Description

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM) training aims to take your Scrum mastery and leadership competencies to the next level, well beyond your foundational CSM certification. While CSM is a knowledge-based certification, A-CSM provides a mix of knowledge- and competency-based validation of your skills and experience.  You will learn how to: - Facilitate dialogue between the Product Owner, Scrum Team members, customers, stakeholders, and executives to achieve better results - Learn how to scale agile and Scrum practices across teams - Respond confidently when encountering challenges in your organization through advanced Scrum knowledge and validated experience - Practice coaching and facilitation skills - Increase your leadership and self-awareness competencies - Increase employee engagement while encouraging greater accountability and commitment from Scrum team Training format: The training is a cohort-based class and consists of four fully interactive, live online sessions across four weeks, with one 4-hour session each week. This delivery format offers learners fast, condensed lessons combined with on-the-job application of key Scrum concepts and real solutions for difficult scenarios for immediate business impact. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1) If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the training, we will refund the booking fee you paid minus any payment processing and bank transfer charges. Past the above threshold, we cannot issue any refund if you cancel. You can, however, choose to attend a future training, provided you inform us at least three days before the start of your booked training. 2) No-Shows and partial attendance will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 3) We reserve the right to change the trainer without prior notice, should it be logistically necessary. 4) In case we have to cancel the training, you'll receive a full refund without deductions, or you can choose to be enrolled at a future training. 5) Our Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and A-CSM trainings and only to bookings done directly with AgileUplift and through AgileUplift's website. If you are not satisfied with your training, you can request a refund latest by the end of the first training session/day, provided that you have actively participated throughout the first training session and have completed pre-training assignments. Refund will exclude any payment processing and bank transfer charges, or certification fees.
