Training Description

In this interactive training we take a framework-agnostic approach to help you learn: (de-)scaling to optimise flow of value, lean/agile principles of scaling, practical (yet research-backed) approaches to form teams at scale, anti-patterns, and pitfalls to avoid, practical tips and techniques for scaling roles and events, real-life case studies and examples. The content presented are based on a combination of research-backed industry best practices and years of practical experience in coaching, training, consulting, and supporting organisations through their transformation journeys, from Fortune 100 companies to tech start-ups. This highly interactive training provides you more than just the theory, rather it focuses more on providing you with applicable techniques you could immediately apply in your own context. It also gives you the confidence and prepares you better for your job as a Scrum Master and sets you well on your journey to transform your organisation. Participants are required to have some foundational knowledge and understanding of Agile and Scrum prior to taking the "Agile at Scale" training. Holding a CSM or similar certification is highly recommended. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1) If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the training, we will refund the booking fee you paid minus any payment processing and bank transfer charges. Past the above threshold, we cannot issue any refund if you cancel. You can, however, choose to attend a future training, provided you inform us at least three days before the start of your booked training. 2) No-Shows and partial attendance will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 3) We reserve the right to change the trainer without prior notice, should it be logistically necessary. 4) In case we have to cancel the training, you'll receive a full refund without deductions, or you can choose to be enrolled at a future training. 5) Our Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and A-CSM trainings and only to bookings done directly with AgileUplift and through AgileUplift's website. If you are not satisfied with your training, you can request a refund latest by the end of the first training session/day, provided that you have actively participated throughout the first training session and have completed pre-training assignments. Refund will exclude any payment processing and bank transfer charges, or certification fees.
