Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) + Agile at Scale
Scrum is an Agile framework to help teams develop adaptive solutions for complex problems. At its core, Scrum focuses on people (the human aspect of work) and products, rather than processes. Scrum Master's role is to enable an environment where teams can collaborate, learn and adapt. It's about fostering a paradigm shift, a mindset change, a new way of working.

In this interactive training, you'll learn the fundamentals of Agile, how to do product development in a complex environment, the ins and outs and intricacies of the Scrum framework, Scrum roles and responsibilities, Scrum Master core competencies, and the keys to successful Scrum implementation.
This highly interactive training provides you more than just the theory of Scrum. It gives you the confidence and prepares you for your job as a Scrum Master and sets you on your journey to transform yourself and your organisation.

Why you should consider "CSM+Agile at Scale" combo training:
Unlike most standard CSM offerings, with the combo offering we go well beyond basics of Scrum and offer "Agile at Scale", a framework-agnostic add-on training, held over two 4-hour sessions, covering agile and lean principles, practices and techniques for multi-team scaled environments. "Agile at Scale" training contents have been curated from years of hands-on experience in the trenches and learnings from success and failure stories collected from supporting many organisations in their transformation journeys. To see topics covered in "Agile at Scale" session visit this page.

"Agile at Scale" is being offered regularly. You can opt to attend a different cohort than the one indicated in your Combo booking. Check out the upcoming training schedule here and contact us with your desired date change via info@agileuplift.com. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
