We help learners put the theory into some practice. We demonstrate how Scrum works by baking the approach in how we conduct the training. You will as well experience Scrum by engaging in a Scrum simulation in small teams.
Post-Training Coaching Session
You will have the opportunity to join one group coaching session (45 mins) after your training to discuss your context-specific challenges, questions, or prepare for the exam. This session will be facilitated by your trainer and a small group of learners (max 5).
