Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM)
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM) training aims to take your Scrum mastery and leadership competencies to the next level, well beyond your foundational CSM certification. While CSM is a knowledge-based certification, A-CSM provides a mix of knowledge- and competency-based validation of your skills and experience.
Training format:
The training is a cohort-based class and consists of three 5-hour sessions. In addition participants are expected to spend around 2 hours on post-training assignments, which will be done in small groups of peers. For a detailed schedule please check the training listing below.
Training sessions are fully interactive, instructor-led (no recorded videos), live online. This delivery format offers learners fast, condensed lessons combined with on-the-job application of key Scrum concepts and real solutions for difficult scenarios for immediate business impact.
Here is why you may want to consider taking the A-CSM certification:
-
You’ll gain enhanced Scrum implementation techniques and skills that go beyond the basics,
expanding into interaction, facilitation, coaching, team dynamics, and more.

executives to achieve better results
-
